DEFINITION OF CATEGORIES:
REGULAR: Guaranteed 20 to 40 hours per week, as specified by the supervisor. Benefits such as insurance and leave are available for Regular Category appointments.
FLEXIBLE: Zero to 40 hours per week as needed by the organization, NO guaranteed hours. No benefits are available for Flexible Category appointments.
