You still have time to put together a team! The 2010 Intramural Trap Shooting League will start in August. We shoot every week except during exercises or other commitments

Shoot two rounds each, 50 targets, at $3 a round, total of $6.
They do sell ammunition at the Rod-N-Gun Club for $7 a box, you will need two boxes and a few spares shells. The Club has shotguns you may use (no expense). Don’t worry about not being a good shooter it is a good way to learn. For any questions about the league or joining the player’s pool please contact SSgt. Rachelle Springer at 634-2256

If you haven’t heard, 1500 on Thursdays at the Harris Fitness Center is the place to be for a great, fun cardio work-out!  Please join us as we plunge into a fitness routine that will have you rocking to the beat!  Military folks – have you completed your group PT session for the week?  Fear no more!  It counts as group PT!  We rotate between Rock and Roll, Country, Latin, Swing, and Hip Hop. [FLYER]

Please join us for some Rock and Roll today in the Harris Fitness Center Aerobics room at 1500! 

AF star Equipment Orientation
With the combined efforts of the Health and Wellness Center (HAWC), held the last Wednesday of each month at 1300. You will be given a brief 30-45 minute run through of all Strive and Hammer Strength Equipment along with which machine pertains to which muscle group. Sign up’s are on the front lobby computer. Come join us and let us help give you a jump start into the world of weight training!
