Boot Camp
This workout integrates aerobic, anaerobic and resistance training segments to challenge the cardiovascular, muscular, and skeletal systems. This class rounds out with abs and a stretch to give you a complete workout. Format may include basic kick boxing moves, floor work, step aerobics, weights and the use of other equipment. |

Circuits
This class consists of moving from one exercise to another following a series of stations or pieces of equipment. Incorporates both cardio exercises as well as stregthening exercises. |

Intervals
Utilizing the step and other aerobic techniques, plus hand weights. The class intervals back and forth between the cardio and the conditioning segments. Each segment lasts approximately 1 to 2 minutes. This is an excellent "fat burner." |

Flexible Strength
Incorporates mat work based on the techniques designed by Joseph Pilates to lengthen and strengthen the body. Focus is on the core of the body, abdominals and back. |

Yoga
A western version of an ancient exercise practice. Utilizing various poses, stretches and breathing techniques to increase flexibility and strength. This is an excellent stress reliever. |

Step
Aerobics performed in a choreographed routine by stepping up onto and down from a fixed platform. Excellent cardio training and lots of fun. |

Indoor Cycling
Utilizing a stationary bike, participants simulate riding on a flat road, climbing hills and sprinting. Bikes are adjustable to accommodate all fitness levels. Great cardio blast. Huge calorie burner. |

Kickboxing
The ultimate in total body conditioning. You will engage in a warm up, then transition into skills and drills of jabbing, kicking, shadow boxing and jumping rope. A great way to relieve some tension. |

Strengthen and Tone
Incorporating many different techniques with the use of hand weights, body bars, tubing, fitness balls and body resistance training. This class helps to build muscle, create tone and stregthen overall. |

Aqua Aerobics
A low-impact aerobic workout designed to work cardiovascular fitness and strength and tone every major muscle group. The water's buoyancy decreases stress on hips, knees, ankles and feet. Class will include shallow and deep water workouts. No swimming skills required. Lifeguard on duty.
Note: This is a fee based classed. Tickets must be purchased at the Fitness Center prior to attendance. Cost is $3.00/class or 10 classes for $10.00 |

Dance Fitness
Dance Fitness is an invigorating program for a total body workout for every fitness level and anyone who just loves to dance. Dance Fitness is a fun cardiovascular workout that is perfect for every-BODY. It combines the basic fundamentals of dance with an energetic aerobic work-out while achieving a higher level of fitness. This workout is designed to help you slim, strengthen, tone and refine your entire body with a unique combination of contemporary dance conditioning and standard exercise techniques. Two, 1-hour classes per week. Every Monday and Wednesday evening, 5:30-6:30 PM. $3 per session or $25 per month.
