A western version of an ancient exercise practice. Utilizing various poses, stretches and breathing techniques to increase flexibility and strength. This is an excellent stress reliever. |

Aqua Aerobics NEW!
Aqua aerobics, or swimming pool exercises, is a great way to get fit without the usual risks of injury and pain associated with conventional aerobic workouts done on land or in a gym.
Aqua aerobics, also referred to as water aerobics, is one of the most effective and safe ways to get yourself into shape. Basically, these are exercises done in a swimming pool. An instructor stands on the deck of the pool, demonstrating various arm, leg and core exercises, which a class of exercisers, standing in chest deep water, follows. These exercises are usually done to rhythmic music. Weights can also be included in the workout. Each workout session runs for about 45-60 minutes. It begins with a warm-up session, which incorporates slow cardio and stretching exercises to get the muscles ready for the increased activity to follow, and ends with a cool-down, where the limbs and other parts of the body are stretched and relaxed. According to estimations, about 500-700 calories are burned in a whole session.

Indoor Cycling
Utilizing a stationary bike, participants simulate riding on a flat road, climbing hills and sprinting. Bikes are adjustable to accommodate all fitness levels. Great cardio blast. Huge calorie burner.

Incorporating many different techniques with the use of hand weights, body bars, tubing, fitness balls and body resistance training. This class helps to build muscle, create tone and stregthen overall.

Dance Fitness is a fun cardiovascular workout that is perfect for every-BODY. It combines the basic fundamentals of dance with an energetic aerobic work-out while achieving a higher level of fitness. This workout is designed to help you slim, strengthen, tone and refine your entire body with a unique combination of contemporary dance conditioning and standard exercise techniques. Military folks – have you completed your group PT session for the week? Fear no more! It counts as group PT! We rotate between Rock and Roll, Country, Latin, Swing, and Hip Hop.

Cardio Kickboxing NEW!
Cardio Kickboxing is high intensity cardiovascular workout routine. Cardio Kickboxing increases physical endurance and cardiovascular fitness while reducing body fat, stress levels. Benefits are; self defense training, better health, vitality, overall body conditioning, toning, muscle development, weight control, improved cardiovascular fitness, increased stamina and improved agility.
One hour of Cardio Kickboxing Workout burns from 500 to 800 calories. Not very fancy equipment is required but lots of endurance is needed. It’s a combination of aerobics, boxing and martial arts.
Cardio Kickboxing seems to be favorite with everybody as it is welcome change from routine aerobics and have lots of interesting twists and turns that kicks the adrenalin level to its peak and leave your heart pounding, shoots up the metabolism level. A combination of aerobics, boxing and martial arts, the work out involves high intensity kicking routines with upper body drills aimed at increasing the stamina, coordination and strength as one learns the basic martial arts technique.
Please note that for the beginner to this fitness regime, work out slowly in consultation with fitness instructor as cardio kickboxing is designed for people who are already familiar with fitness workouts and have above average endurance and stamina and flexibility.
