Directions / Maps

The Gold Country Inn is located 45 minutes north of Sacramento airport and 50 minutes north of the city of Sacramento. We are centrally located between Reno, Lake Tahoe, Chico and Sacramento. We are 90 minutes away from Travis AFB and 3 hrs away from San Francisco.

1. Leave the Gold Country Inn parking lot and make a right onto A Street.
2. Follow A Street for another ½ mile and you’ll make a right turn onto Gavin Mandry.
3. Take Gavin Mandry straight through the 4 way intersection and leave the base. Upon leaving BAFB, Gavin Mandry becomes N. Beale Rd.
4. Follow North Beale Rd. for the next 8-9 miles and follow the road to the right, stopping at the second street light.
5. Make a left onto Feather River Blvd, and make another left to merge onto the entrance to Hwy 70 South.
6. While on Hwy 70, Hwy 70 and Hwy 65 will split. Take the right fork to continue on Hwy 70
7. About 20-30 minutes later Hwy 70 will merge with Hwy 99.
8. Continue heading south and take the right exit onto I-5 toward Redding.
9. Take the next right exit to merge onto Airport Blvd. to depart Sacramento International Airport.

Allow plenty of time - approximately 2 hours during the following peak periods - to park, check your luggage and pass through security screening. Terminal A- 5:00 AM-2:30 PM, Terminal B1- 5:00 AM-9:30 AM. For more information visit the Sacramento Airport web site.

1. Head south on Airport Blvd. upon departing Sacramento Airport to airport exit.
2. Merge onto I-5 South (by taking left turn {heading east} onto freeway) toward Sacramento.
3. Merge onto Hwy 99 North toward Yuba City/Marysville.
4. Remain on Hwy 99 until Hwy 99 and Hwy 70 split.
5. Take the right fork to Hwy 70 heading towards Marysville. 
6. Remain on Hwy 70 and take the Yuba College/Feather River Blvd exit.
7. Upon exiting Hwy 70, you will make a right onto Feather River Blvd and another right onto North Beale Road.
8. Remain on North Beale Road for approximately 1/8 of a mile where North Beale Road turns left at the third traffic signal.
9. After making the left turn, Follow North Beale Road for the next 8-9 miles to the main gate of BAFB.
10. Upon entering BAFB, North Beale Road becomes Gavin Mandry and continue through the intersection to and turn left on A Street.
11. Follow A Street for another ½ mile and you’ll see a Visible sign directing you to turn left into a dormitory parking.  
12. Continue left and the Gold Country Inn Lobby will be in the middle of the 2 Dormitories. 24112 A Street.
