Children Enrollment into the FCC Program
Parents desire to enroll children who are 6 weeks to twelve years old children in the FCC program can obtain the names of licensed and affiliated providers by contacting the FCC office 634-5637/5655. A current list is also available at the CDC, Youth Center, Airman and Family Readiness Center, lodging office and Family Housing office.
Prior to starting care in an FCC home, parents must complete all registration forms with their provider of choice. Parents of children under the age of 3 who is in care 35-50 hours per week are entitled to apply for subsidized fees. Parents must schedule a time with the FCC Coordinator to have their fees evaluated parents must supply current LES/ pay statement for both sponsor and spouse, or if spouse is full-time student (copy of enrollment form).
Parents need to supply a current shot record and 2 emergency contact with the forms listed below to their provider of choice.

Parent Advisory Board
The Parent Advisory Board includes parents from all Family Member Programs: Child Development Center, Family Child Care, and Youth Programs. Parent Advisory Board meets quarterly at the Community Center, 11:30 am-12:30 pm. Bring your lunch and join the meeting.
Purpose:
- The board functions in an advisory capacity, providing recommendations for improving services in all Family Member Programs areas.
- Improve staff and parent communications.
- Increase parent’s knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices in FMP activities.
- Increase parent participation and involvement in FMP activities.

CURRENT PROVIDER LIST [PDF]
Provider listings are updated monthly or when new providers become licensed. Provider listings are e-mailed monthly to the active duty member’s Beale AFB e-mail account. You may also find Provider listings base-wide at the Child Development Center, Family Support Center, Family Advocacy, the housing office, Human Resources, the Civilian Personnel Office, and the Family Child Care office.
