Battle of the Sexes – Men v. Women

Each time you purchase food or bowling, you will be given a ticket and a chance to win monthly drawings. Each month one name will be drawn from the pot and given $100. Two meters will be placed in the center to keep track of the participation of men and women. On 2 September we will calculate which of the sexes is the winning group and will host a BBQ for the winners on 15 September. The losing group will prepare and serve the BBQ to the winner group. This trip is not for the faint of heart and fills up FAST!! Cave explorers begin this exciting expedition with the 165-foot rope rappel, followed by one to two hours of exploration through deep chambers and passages. Most areas are undeveloped, so there are no lights, stairs, or walkways. Instead, visitors daringly explore by climbing and belly crawling with lighted helmets to show the way. This trip is conducted by experienced, highly trained guides. No experience is necessary. Gloves, hard-hat with light, coveralls from size 36 adult, and rappelling gear are provided. Join OAC for a day of mystery and intrigue as we take a trip to San Jose for a guided tour of the famous, Winchester Mystery House. Tour 110 rooms of this incredible mansion and search for answers as to why a window is built into the floor, staircases lead to nowhere, a chimney rise’s four floors and why doors open onto blank walls. You can also take a self-guided Garden Tour that includes a guide map and narrative tapes at the 10 major points of interest. View beautiful Victorian gardens featuring 14,000 miniature boxwood hedges, year-round flowerers and plants, European statues and elaborate fountains. This trip includes both your ticket and roundtrip transportation. It is suggested that you pack a lunch, so that you can relax and picnic in the group picnic gardens before we depart for home. Feeling the need for an ocean breeze? Join the OAC on a hike through some of the most dramatic scenery on the California Coast. This 20 mile overnight camping trip will take you through Point Reyes expansive sand beaches, rocking costal views, open grasslands and forested ridges. And don’t forget the 1000 species of plants and animals. Trip includes transportation and some equipment—additional equipment available at the OAC. Stop by the OAC for more information and suggestions on what you’ll need for this exciting trip!

These are custom trips, so you pick the date and bring your own guests to enjoy a day on the Sacramento River aboard the OAC’s Custom Weld fishing boat. Our experienced guides will instruct you on how to fish for stripers which can weigh up to 30 lbs! Customer is responsible for State Fishing License with Bay Delta Stamp, their own lunch and beverages, as well as transportation to and from the river. Explore a vartiety of software applications and basic theory. Youth will learn o write sheet music, mix musical loops, compose and record origial songs. Begin learning the fundamentals of guitar, bass guitar & drums. and expand your talent by creating music. Ages 9-18 • FREE for mems, $1 for non-mems.

Youth learn artistic concept and technology skills to create quality print materials and animation. Ages 9-18 • FREE for mems, $1 for non-mems.
Torch Club: Wednesdays 3:30 - 4:30 PM
A program to promote and display good character among it’s members. Youth engage in programs and activities agreed upon, developed and implemented. Ages 9-12 • FREE for mems, $1 for non-mems.
Keystone Club: Wednesdays 4 - 5 PM
Teens plan and implement there own activities in service to club and community, leadership development, education, nd career exploration. Ages 13-18 • FREE for members, $1 for non-members.
