CURRENT PROGRAMS

The Community Center is taking sign-ups for the following classes:

Baby Signs -A signing play class where children can learn to communicate with sign language before they are able to communicate. Thursdays, 10:00am
Cost: $30/month | Open to ages 0-4

Youth Wrestling - An introduction to folk style and international freestyle wresting. Mondays &Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30pm
Cost: FREE!!! | Open to ages 5-14
Participants must present a current sports physical to join. For more information, please visit www.bealewrestling.com.

Pre-Ballet/Dance - A class for the toddler ballerina! This class will teach the basics of ballet with use of proper French terminology and correct techniques. Tuesdays, 4:30pm
Cost: $40 per month | Open to ages 2-4.

Youth Ballet/Dance - An introduction to the fundamentals of classical ballet and modern dance. Tuesdays, 5:15pm
Cost: $40 per month | Open to ages 5-12

Piano - Experienced and award winning instructor teaches piano to all levels of experience. The piano lessons are for ages 8 to adult.
Cost: $72 per month for 30 minute individual lesson once a week.

Guitar - Experienced and highly recommended instructor. Teaches the guitar to the beginner and experienced. The lessons are for ages 8 to adult. Students must have their own guitar.
Cost: $52 per month for 30 minute lesson once-a-week.

Saxophone - Experienced saxophone instructor teaches all levels of experience.
Cost: $60 per month | Open to ages 8 and above.

Violin - Experienced violin instructor teaches all levels of experience.
Cost: $80 per month | Open to ages 8 and above.

Equipment

Computer Room
There are 6 computers with full access to the internet and a local b&w laser printer

For gamers there are 4 X-Box 360 consoles connected to a 46" flat screen monitors and one large screen 65" flat screen monitor! There are over 100 X-Box 360 games to choose from.

Game Room
The games room just got upgraded with some new equipment to add to the exisiting games.

Also available are CD jukebox, plus softdrink and snack vending machines.

Conference & Community Activities

The Community Center is known as the hub of the Base because of the wide range of conferences and community activities held here.

From health fairs to blood drives, from wedding receptions to chess club activities, the center is your place for meetings of any size.

Reservations must be made through the main center. Give us a call when you need a quality facility.
