Format: 15 min running clock, 5 on 5 flag football on a condensed 20 yard field

Format: Official AF PT Test (excluding waist measurement)
6 Categories (AMN, NCO, SNCO, CGO, FGO and Civilian)
Each group must submit one entry per category. At least 2 entries must be female

Each group must submit one male and one female competitor
